Online awareness program for World Meditation Group

Dr. Priya Chockalingam and the team facilitated an online awareness program for the World Meditation group on the topic “Striking the right balance for optimal heart health” on 20 January 2025. The team ensured that the participants from across the globe received evidence-based information and guidance on a balanced healthy diet, balanced adequate exercise regimen and a balanced mindset for optimal heart health. The presentation and exercise session were followed by a question and answer session with an energetic interaction between the audience and the facilitators.
